Kindly refer to the news appearing on page 2 of 'Samvad' for the month of July 2018. It was clarified by the Circle Secretary that it was decided in the Circle Managing Committee meeting held on 18th July 2018 unanimously as under : "A Booklet containing documents/papers pertaining to the Annual General Meeting to be held for the year may be uploaded on the SBI Pensioners' Association website.

Accordingly, the the following documents/papers have been uploaded.

   
 

1) Notice of 45th Annual General Meeting,
2) Minutes of the 44th Annual General Meeting held at Pune on 4th September 2018,
3) Report of the ‘Circle Managing Committee for the year 2018 -2019’

4) Financial statements for the year ended 31.03.2019 with explanatory notes.

  

We are publishing a Booklet containing the papers/documents as mentioned above at No. (1) to (4) here under.

Memorandum of Association & Rules and Regulations (amendments upto 26-11-2017) -

"We have to advise that the proposal for amendments to our 'MOA & RR' has been submitted to the Asstt. Charity Commissioner, Pune for approval on 26.06.2018. These amendments also include Election Rules introduced by us afresh. Our Association's Circle Elections in the current year (2018) will be held according to these Rules and Regulations.  We are now, for your information uploading a soft copy of the above updated 'MOA &RR' submitted to the Asstt. Charity Commissioner Pune"
